- Equipment overview (category-level, not a sales brochure)

## 5. Staffing model
- Roles (dentists, DCPs, admin)
- Induction / training approach (high level)
- Supervision and clinical governance pointer

## 6. Service user involvement & complaints
- How feedback is gathered
- Complaints route (internal + escalation)

## 7. Safeguarding & infection prevention (pointers)
- Named leads
